It looks like before we completely lay VGA to rest, HTC will be bringing a device with a VGA screen to China. The device is said to sport dual radios, making it GSM and CDMA compliant, but that’s not where the fun is. The fun is that the device will actually launch with Windows Mobile 6.5 out of the box. The device is called the Tachi and is actually based on the Twin specifications.

If you’re in China, expect a summer launch around July. It actually looks like a curvier Touch Diamond.
