Remember the HTC 2009 Leak? Well, we have more specs on some of those devices and a few more that weren’t mentioned before (see photo below for specs) courtesy of Tilt Mobility. The two notables are the Star and the SuperStar–the latter doesn’t sport a Tegra chipset but runs 600 MHz on an nVidia AP16 processor with a massive 3.7-inch WVGA touchscren; the Star runs at the same speed utilizing a Qualcomm chipset and has a 1/10th inch smaller display.

You can check out the complete specs in the graphics below.

WMExperts speculate AT&T releases, but didn’t give details on which devices will be heading to AT&T.

It seems that all devices clock in at 528 MHz except the Star and SuperStar at 600 MHz and the Toth, an HTC Athena replacement with its detachable keyboard and large, nearly 5-inch display at 1000 MHz. The ROM/RAM seems to be at 512/256 for high end devices and 512/128 for mid-tier. Less resource-hungry non-touch Windows Mobile Standard platform devices are at 256/128 MB ROM/RAM.

What device intrigues you? Better start saving.
