Flash Mobile 10.1 for Android Ported to iOS iPad and iPhone

It looks like a developer has been successful in porting Adobe’s Flash 10.1 Mobile plug-in from the Android build by adding a compatibility layer so that it runs on a jailbroken iOS device. The mobile plugin hack, called Frash, was shown working on an iPad by modder Comex, who also said that development work is also being made for the plugin to move to the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. Frash is limited to the two latest iPhone models due to hardware requirements to get it to run smoothly.

It looks like we may finally be able to test out Flash on iOS devices once this gets released and see if Steve Jobs’ theory that Flash is a battery hog would be true.
