Fast Qualcomm Snapdragon Might Make You Reconsider Your Smartphone Purchase

For those who are rocking–or are thinking of rocking–the current generation smartphones running Windows Mobile, including the Tilt2, HTC Pure, or Imagio, you may want to take a look at the greener grass on the other side of the proverbial processing fence. While current generation 500+ Mhz Qualcomm processors may seem fine streaming your favorite YouTube movie, the faster Snapdragon chipset found in newer devices like the Acer neoTouch S200 and the HTC HD2 will blow you away on performance. The fast Snapdragon processor, which clocks in at up to 1 GHz of power, makes today’s smartphones just seem a bit slow.
