PDAdb.net has just completed research on the T-Mobile G1 and have uploaded a detailed spec sheet.

The G1 packs the same Qualcomm 528MHz CPU found on the new HTC Touch devices (Diamond, Pro, and HD). In terms of memory, it has 256MB ROM and 192MB RAM, and adds microSD expansion. It’s got the GSM850 band meaning that if someone figures out how to unlock the G1, people on AT&T will be able to get up to EDGE data speeds. The battery is 1150mAh hours, which is slightly more than the original HTC Touch, but less than the HTC Touch Pro. At 17.1mm thick, it’s 5mm thicker than an iPhone, but 1mm thinner than the Touch Pro.

And finally, the pixel density of the screen is 180PPI, which is far less than the HTC Touch Diamond at 285PPI, but higher than the iPhone at 164PPI.
