One package. Two operating systems. That’s pretty cool, although dual-booting isn’t yet supported. According to Engadget Mobile, the QiJi i6 supports both operating systems on the same hardware, which includes: a 624MHz processor, 256MB of ROM, 128MB of RAM, a trackball, and on-screen keyboard.
Basically, you’ll have to select an operating system and install it. When you want to change the operating system, you’ll have to load the other one. Which means, for now, changing ROMs. Essentially the same formula could be done, albeit with limited driver support, by purchasing an HTC Windows Mobile device and loading an Android ROM at your leisure from XDA-Developers, and switching back to Windows Mobile with a WM ROM.
