We’ve all heard of CrackBerry thumbs, the condition of stress created by repeatedly pecking away at small keyboards found on devices like the BlackBerry and Treos, but now there’s a new condition. This one is a repetitive stress injury due t holding the phone up to your head. The condition is called cubital tunnel syndrome and is more commonly called cell phone elbow. Because of the curved elbow, your nerves in your arms may be impacted, as shown in the picture below. This will lead to constrained hand movement down the road as well.
Your best bet is probably a wired or Bluetooth headset for now.
