BlackBerry Tackling the Consumer Space with Low Cost Phone

Not only is Research in Motion releasing its first ever clamshell flip BlackBerry, but the flip form factor is probably one of the only flip phones in a smartphone space. According to CrackBerry, the flip phone dubbed the KickStart will make its way over to T-Mobile USA for $50 on a two-year agreement come September. The device will be similar to the already popular BlackBerry Pearl, but will use a flip form factor. It will have a SureType keyboard.
