Android 2.0 to Support Multiple Exchange Accounts

When the Palm Pre was released, webOS got the attention of the tech world for its implementation of multiple Exchange accounts support. Now, Google is stepping up on the Exchange support with its next generation Android OS revision, called Android 2.0 or "Eclair" for short.

Other changes include support for WVGA resolutions and 854 X 480 screens. We're also hearing of support for better graphics and hardware acceleration. Could Google be gunning after Apple's mobile gaming market spurred by the iPhone App Store?

Unfortunately, despite being native technologies of Microsoft, Windows Mobile still can only synchronize with one Exchange account as of Windows Mobile 6.5.
