An Omnia for China

China’s about to get a Samsung variant of the Omnia called the B7300. The specs aren’t much to write home about, but will feature the same WQVGA resolution of the original Omnia and have support for GPS, Bluetooth, and quad-band GSM frequencies. It will be a Windows Mobile handset and will feature a touchscreen, which is surprising why Samsung isn’t using the Omnia branding here but it’s still good to see Samsung continue to build Windows Mobile handsets. The company is building smartphones on a variety of different platforms, including Windows Mobile Professional, Windows Mobile Standard, Symbian S60, and Android. According to Engadget Mobile, the leaked shots of the device has China Mobile branding on it.
