You know it had to happen: no sooner do we finally start coming around to the idea of 1080p screens on smartphones – that maybe they're not completely overkill and can meaningfully contribute to a phone's specs – when now there's talk of handsets with even higher resolutions. According to some industry sources, we could start seeing devices arrive in 2014 with six-inch WQXGA screens: that's a resolution of 2560 x 1600.
