After seeing Dell turn its backs on the smartphone market last year, the company's been repositioning its mobile efforts to focus on tablets, instead. Right at the end of August, we heard that the company might have a couple new Windows-based models launching before the end of the year, including both an 8-inch and 10.6-inch device.
