Twitter's got its own built-in photo sharing, and you can always pair it with Instagram if you're looking to mix things up with some effect filters, but what if a still image just won't cut it for what you're trying to share with your followers? Twitter snatched-up a company called Vine back in the fall, and today it launches the new Vine video-sharing service, with an app available for iOS devices. There's a funny thing about an app store with over half a million titles: some of that stuff falls through the cracks. No matter how long you spend sifting and shuffling and swiping between icons, there's going to be some apps you just never notice.
