Three countries in Europe are now "trading up with installments" with anticipation that more will be on the way. Apple's new combined trade-in and financing program is no longer exclusive to the US — if only for a limited time. France, Italy and Spain are the latest territories to roll-out the scheme, all with the same promise: give your working iPhone (4s or later) in good condition and you'll pay less for an iPhone SE, iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus over 24 months. Unlike the US version of the program that is backed by Citizens One Financing, there's interest on these programs. Over in ...

Apple is offering more people another way to pay for that new iPhone that they've been thinking about getting, but can't afford to tank their bank accounts to attain. Motorola and Verizon came together once again to cement one of the last US carrier-OEM ties for another year in the form of two Droid phones: the MAXX 2 and Turbo 2. The Droid franchise has enjoyed a power user's cache for the nation's most populated cell network with phones boasting two full days of use without the need for a charge-up. Both of this year's Droids come with that selling point. Oddly enough, in contrast to previous years, both phones come from just Motorola. The two have come closer together in propelling the series' chances to draw in more customers by introducing some ...

Last week, Apple announced what is arguably one of its most anticipated iPhone updates yet: the iPhone 6. As expected, though, thanks to month of rumors and leaks, the iPhone 6 comes in two different flavors. The iPhone 6 is a rather large bump in size over the iPhone 5 and 5s – from 4-inches to 4.7-inches – with a respective increase in resolution to 750p. The iPhone 6 Plus is a more dramatic increase in size to a 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution. Both models come with most of the same hardware upgrades: an A8 chipset with a slightly faster clock speed, larger batteries, a 128GB ...

You might want to treat this with a small dose of skepticism, at least until we hear official wording from Sprint itself, but according to the leaked document pictured above, Sprint will start offering iPhone trade-in credit given you grab the latest iPhone 4S. The program should kick off today and run through June 30; it should address both new and existing customers, given you sign a two-year contract and add a new line. At least $100 is what you'll get in credit for any iPhone, the exact amount probably depending on the model, condition and specs (as in internal storage). If you fancy ...
