    It looks like NTT Docomo is mulling the possibility of launching itself in the US of A as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), which raises a few eyebrows as MVNOs traditionally have not fared well in the tough US mobile market. NTT Docomo is hoping to piggyback off of AT&T or T-Mobile for some GSM fanfare. MVNOs basically "lease" out cellular space from established carriers. It got a tremendous amount of attention because it was the first phone to sport the 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon platform.     While we still haven't seen the Toshiba TG01 with its zippy Snapdragon processor clocking in at a lightning 1 GHz here in the United States despite FCC rumors, it seems that Toshiba is moving forward for the rest of the world with a TG02 leaked by the WiFi alliance. With most Windows Mobile makers moving towards second generation devices, Toshiba doesn't want to be left out.
