T-Mobile announced the HTC Sensation 4G last week when HTC unveiled the Sensation (ex Pyramid) at the event held in London but there was no information about availability.
According to an HTC sponsored advertisement on Google, the HTC Sensation 4G is slated for a June 8 availability. Not much more to comment on this except for the fact that it will be almost two months after the announcement. Another similar information comes from the official press renders which were here all along but needed someone to notice. If you take a look at the date displayed in HTC Sense below, the [...]
HTC may have a 16-megapixel-camera-equipped Windows Phone 7 in the works, but its current crop of handsets are proving that they can take a nice picture without nearly that high of a resolution, as evidenced by the first known photo posted by T-Mobile’s upcoming Sensation 4G. This particular image was captured by Brandon Hughes, Marketing Specialist at HTC, using Magenta’s variant of the flagship Sensation launched just last week. Mr Hughes let the camera open up to its full eight-megapixel resolution when he shot the University of Washington’s Husky Stadium in a [...]

The latest version of the HTC Sense interface for Android, version 3.0, brings some pretty significant changes and will debut on the EVO 3D and the Sensation. Chief among these changes are a new lock screen, new widgets, a new home screen configuration, and many little enhancements to the stock programs you use everyday. If you’re rocking a current generation phone like the Desire HD (Inspire 4G), EVO 4G, Thunderbolt, or even the brand new Incredible S, you’re probably wondering whether you’ll get an upgrade to Sense 3.0. First, a bit of history.
Most of the [...]
As rumored, T-Mobile will be the exclusive carrier of HTC’s latest flagship handset, stocking it starting this summer as the HTC Sensation 4G. With 14.4Mbps HSPA+ data speeds, the 1.2GHz dual-core handset is a natural for the soon-to-be-acquired carrier. It will be the second multi-core device on Magenta, following the G2x.
HTC and T-Mobile will be pushing the HTC Watch service heavily, seemingly positioning it as an iTunes alternative for the Android ecosystem.
Like its international counterpart, the Sensation will feature a 1080p eight-megapixel camera, 4.3-inch [...]
The HTC Sensation, long known as the HTC Pyramid has all the odds of being unveiled at today’s HTC event held in London and another confirmation is HTC outing a teaser video featuring the smartphone.
As suspected, the name is final and the Sensation is referred to as the multimedia superphone with a unibody design. It features a contoured glass in its construction for the front part and of course, what we’ve been suspecting, a whole new HTC Sense interface. The teaser also emphasizes on the dual-core processor, the new HTC Watch, and HiFi audio. Check it out [...]
Today HTC has unveiled the latest version of HTC Sense first seen on the EVO 3D for Sprint. This time it’s for the HTC Sensation and Sensation 4G, previously know as the Pyramid. Here’s what’s new about Sense 3.0
New Lock Screen
On most devices, the lock screen is a bit of dead space. It doesn’t provide much utility, which HTC is aiming to change in Sense 3.0. Not only can you quickly launch your favorite apps directly from the home screen, but you can choose weather to show weather, new messages, photos, or other live bits of [...]
HTC has just launched the HTC Sensation Android smartphone many of us knew until recently by its codename, the HTC Pyramid. The Taiwanese manufacturer is referring to the smartphone as “a multimedia superphone“.
It’s running Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC’s new Sense on top and features a 1.2 GHz, dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 768 MB RAM, 1GB Internal Storage, eight-megapixel camera with auto-focus and dual-LED flash and 1080p HD video recording, 1.2-megapixel front-facing webcam, 4.3-inch touch screen qHD (540 x 960) resolution Super LCD [...]
