Alongside the RAZR HD and RAZR Maxx HD earlier this year, Motorola introduced the smaller, slightly lower-end RAZR M with a 4.3-inch qHD display. Now a new rumor suggest that Motorola is already looking to create a successor to the RAZR M, with some specs arriving to describe a so-called RAZR M HD. Sure enough, the M HD would supposedly move up to a 720p screen, and while it would grow slightly to 4.5 inches, would still be a little more petite than the RAZR HD's 4.7.
