Sony's plan to differentiate from the crowd has just taken off. Right on schedule, the company has just launched the PlayStation Mobile initiative that they announced recently. The idea is that this will be a cross-platform mobile gaming service where users can buy a game once on the PlayStation Store, and play it on select Android smartphones or tablets as well as in Sony's new PS Vita.
