Embedded below, for your viewing pleasure, is a video coming from TechSmartt on YouTube. The comparison looks at similarities and differences in design, hardware, software, and performance. Tomorrow, we're looking forward to Sense 6.0 debuting on the all new HTC One; for something that's not yet official, that news is all but certain. OK, but what does Sense 6.0's arrival mean for all the other HTC hardware? What existing devices might be getting Sense 6.0 by means of future updates – and then, when might we hope to see those updates arrive? Well, apparently HTC's current problem with leaks extends far beyond the new One itself, and the latest identifies its plans for bringing Sense 6.0 to last year's One, One Max, and One Mini. The first device to get a Sense 6.0 update ...

March 25 is the day HTC is expected to release the 2014 follow-up for the HTC One, and even without today's leak, we were wondering what else is there that HTC can say in order to surprise us. The phone, and its features, related aspects, have been leaked extensively over the past couple of weeks, but today we're seeing a full 14-minute video hands-on of the yet unannounced device. It is German, so if you don't happen to speak the language, you'll have to settle for the video footage itself. Apparently the phone is being called "HTC One" and not "The New HTC One", at least that's what's ...

March 25 is when the world expects HTC to show off the successor of the 2013 One, tentatively called The All New HTC One. While there is no rumor yet regarding availability -- despite the cornucopia of leaks that show off almost every aspect of the upcoming phone -- HTC has lowered the price for the last year model, probably in preparation for the 2014 One. You can grab the 2013 HTC One discounted for $499.99 (down $100), or you might as well wait for a couple of more weeks and go for the newer version. Don't get us wrong, the 2013 HTC One is still an exceptional device, with a solid ...

Ever since the launch of the original HTC Touch Diamond, who can deny that HTC knows how to make some great wallpapers and ringtones? Most of us find ourselves hunting for these wallpapers after the launch of an HTC flagship, and the dev community has done a great job in sharing them in many forums. Now what's interesting is that as of today, you won't have to wait for the HTC M8 to launch to get some love. As many as 18 of the wallpapers we can expect to see on the HTC M8 got leaked today, and judging by some of the additional leaks we've seen, plus the fact that these images are all darn ...

Last we heard about the upcoming 2014 HTC flagship, we were presented with a couple of high-res images, backed up by a partial press render of the alleged phone showing off dual-cameras (and duotone, dual flashes) on the back. The leaks seem to continue with what appears to be a complete gallery featuring the purported HTC One follow-up (coming from China, hence the China Mobile carrier branding on the back of the device). You will not only be able to see almost every angle of The All New HTC One (tentative name), but you will also see the phone being sized-up against the HTC One Max ...

HTC is in an interesting spot. Last year, it launched a flagship, which bore its all new, consolidated branding: One. The phone was the recipient of tons of praise and some of the most positive reviews of a smartphone … potentially ever. It raised the bar in build quality and design in the Android space, and to this day, it's still winning awards. Yet the Taiwan-based company is continuing to hemorrhage more money each quarter. Our own Stephen Schenck spilled the beans on HTC's latest earnings report earlier this week. Essentially, revenue is down 37.2 percent for January and February ...

In a nutshell, the all new HTC One is no longer a mystery, so long as the controversial leak from earlier this week is to be believed. A preproduction model found its way into the hands of 14-year-old Roshan Jamkatel, who created a lengthy (and rather shaky) walkthrough video of the M8. While Jamkatel didn't necessarily talk specs, he did confirm quite a few of the most recent rumors, such as the introduction of on-screen navigation buttons, the dual-camera setup, and a new face for BlinkFeed. The video also unveiled unexpected details, like a microSD card slot. What we didn’t need the ...
