    It's only been a few days since we reviewed the Motorola Droid RAZR M, but it's already got a nearly identical twin on the way - identical in the looks department, anyway.     Lenovo was the first to announce an Intel Medfield-Based Android smartphone at this year's CES in January but the Lava Xolo X900 was the first Medfield-based device to reach a market. However, Lenovo is still on track with its LePhone K800 plans as it has been just launched in China, as promised for the end of May. The phone packs a 4.5-inch 720p display, 1.6GHz Intel processor, 1GB of RAM and an eight-megapixel main camera.
