According to the latest official info from Samsung, the copper gold Galaxy S 5 will be available, starting next Friday, on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Some specifics were mentioned though with regards to the Verizon version of the device -- initially we though of exclusivity -- but it turned out that it was related to its availability (specifically through “select indirect retailers”). Today's leak shows us the copper gold Galaxy S 5 for Verizon in its entirety, front and back, as seen in the press render below. Other than the new (for the US) color, this ...

We're not sure whether the upcoming LG G3 is the most leaked phone of the year, but it's definitely in the top three. We have seen and heard a lot about the phone that's about to be unveiled next week, and the most recent of those is the possible pricing, as well as additional information (like LG G3 dimensions, and FCC certification). The G3, according to one report, could be 141.8mm tall, 73mm wide, and 9.3mm thick. Opposed to that, today's leaked image shows the device, in a case, with some different measurements, as you can see. 150mm tall, 78mm wide, and 13mm thick. That's somewhat ...

The rumored Microsoft Surface Mini -- late or not to the game -- is expected to be unveiled Tuesday at a New York City event. Apparently, according to the latest rumors, it might be accompanied by a Surface Pro 3 (instead of the Surface Pro 2 refresh we've been hearing about for quite some time). We've heard some vague specs of the "other" Surface tablets present at the event, but WPCentral claims to have knowledge of the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 specs. According to the report, there will be five versions of the slate, with the following prices, and specs: i3/4GB RAM/64GB at $799, i5/4GB ...

A 5.5-inch QHD/2K screen, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 SoC (or 805, depending on the report), 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage (expandable), optically stabilized camera (with probably laser-based focus assist), and a metal (or faux metal plastic) battery door, is what you should expect inside the case of the upcoming LG G3 flagship. We've seen some concept-like images of the upcoming device, alongside all the leaked blurry photos, and today we're seeing multi-angle LG G3 press renders from @evleaks. There are only two colors in the renders above, as you can see: white, and champagne/gold. ...

The LG G Flex is a unique phone, in many ways: it not only has a curved screen, but the coating on the back has been referred to as "self-healing", which proved to be true, up to a point, in our real-life torture test. The phone is now getting its KitKat update in South Korea, and the manufacturer is apparently working on a follow-up. According to @evleaks, you should expect the LG G Flex 2 to arrive around February 2015 (mid-Q1, to be more exact), which might be weeks ahead of the 2015 Mobile World Congress, happening 2-5 March, in Barcelona. The biggest teaser here is not the date itself ...

The HTC Desire, as a family of products, contains smartphones varying from lower-end to mid-rangers, for quite some time now. We've heard HTC's Chief Financial Officer, Chialin Chang, talk about the company's increased focus on mid-rangers in 2014, and these two leaked today might be just part of that new strategy. The HTC leak, however, talks about "entry-level, Desire-class" devices when dropping the A1 and V2 codenames. Chialin Chang also said that the new focus doesn't mean that HTC will start producing, or pushing devices for the "very, very low-end market".  Whatever the truth, ...

Confirmation came from three different sources that the phone with model number SM-G750 is going to be the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2. One of the leaks implied that said phone will have a six-inch display, but we were left wondering whether it will be the only Mega device for this year. Last year, we've seen a 6.3- and a 5.8-inch mega-phone, both wearing the Mega moniker. That being said, the phone codenamed SM-T2558 (or the tablet, as you wish), we told you about last month, could very well be a Mega 2 variant of some sort (or not at all). It's a seven inch tablet that has an earpiece, at ...

Now that the HTC One mini 2 is official (our hands-on), it's time to start talking availability. Information regarding U.S. carrier launch partners isn't too clear quite yet, so leaks are still steadily streaming out. The HTC One Remix may be the Verizon variant of the device, and today we're learning more about a possible commercial launch. The leak shows the alleged Remix in blue, covered up with a case. Given that blue isn't an officially announced color of the One mini 2, that's a leak in itself. In the dock, you can clearly make out the messaging app exclusive to Verizon devices, ...

No matter how much Samsung denies it, it seems the leaks for a Galaxy S5 "Prime" are not about to subside. The latest one comes in video form, as the folks at TK Tech News have allegedly received a pre-production unit of the device in gold. The device shown on camera is said to have a 2K display, lining up with previous rumors, of about the same size as the existing Galaxy S5. What's confusing is the fact that the device seems to have more of a water-resistant seal than the S5 -- could this be the Active, instead? In terms of color options, it seems gold will be one of them. The device's ...

Though Samsung's Galaxy S5 already features IP67 water and dust resistance, the company may still be looking to introduce a version even more prepared to endure the elements. If the information we've gleaned is accurate, we'll be looking at a Galaxy S5 Active sometime soon -- a slightly cut-down variant of the Galaxy S5, but one that's ready to get run over by an earthmover. First of all, we are taking a look at a 1080p (1920x1080) display on a 5.2-inch display. This will have at least five finger gesture support, though that is common with our current crop of smartphones. There is no word ...

The Samsung Galaxy Mega was available in two screen sizes: 6.3- and 5.8-inch. They were both announced in April of last year, and it's pretty much time for a refresh. The codename SM-G750 initially got us thinking it might be a Galaxy S 5 Mini, but we recently found out that it might be a gigantic phone. The theory is now being confirmed by another leak that claims the SM-G750 identifies itself as the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2. That's all we've got for now, but we can speculate: will the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 be a follow-up to the 6.3-, or to the 5.8-incher? The initial leak that mentioned ...

Haven't had enough leaks of upcoming Samsung phones yet? Good, because this latest leak adds to the long list of phones we are waiting for from the Korean manufacturer. The leaker states that the phone is heading to Sprint and US Cellular, in addition to AT&T. This would suggest that we may be dealing with a near-flagship phone here, considering the wide variety of carrier availability. Keep in mind that, a phone that is landing on these three carriers will almost certainly end up at Verizon and T-Mobile as well, here in the U.S. It is also mentioned that the phone will have 32GB of ...

There were a lot of people opining in the comments on whether the leaked image of the purported iPhone 6 -- allegedly waterproof -- is legit or not. The picture set has surfaced over the weekend on a Taiwanese website, and now, the same source has posted additional images of the purported device. In the image above you can see the iPhone 6 pictured next to the iPhone 5s and the HTC One (M8). We'll still need you to remain skeptical about these stills, but, just in case these do represent the real deal, the iPhone 6 would be still somewhat shorter than the HTC flagship (probably due to the ...

Even as LG looks to announce more Android products, such as the G3 and G Watch, they have not shifted their attention from other mobile operating systems, it seems. Today we are seeing a leaked render of a possible LG Uni8, with slim bezels, Windows Phone 8.1, and on-screen navigation buttons. Apart from its manufacturer and sleek design, we know next to nothing about the Uni8, which we have not seen in the rumor mill in the past. The on-screen navigation buttons are of interest, in that we have not seen them used often in the past. The bezels are also notable for their slim appearance, ...

We've seen the gold version of the phone in one of the most recent LG G3 leaks, alongside some other information, and now that's being complemented by another photograph allegedly depicting the upcoming flagship in two different colors, as shown above: black and silver. Whether it will be plastic or metal is yet unknown, though the general consensus is former. There's no additional information to go by, and the veracity of the image can't be verified. However, PhoneArena, the source that broke the leak, states that the image was accompanied by the mention of a 5.5-inch screen, and that the ...

There's no shortage of iPhone 6 leaks and we can't really tell whether this is the real deal or a hoax. Apple's been so good at keeping secrets of its upcoming devices in the past, and then we've seen the latest Apple products being leaked all over, so this could go both ways. What you see above and below (and at least two dozen other images at the source link) is purportedly the waterproof Apple iPhone 6? Wait, what? Well, that's what the image below seems to try to convey. The device pictured in this set seems to be in line with other rumors we've heard, including a somewhat curvy ...

The image above may not be the HTC W8 leaked by @evleaks just recently (or it could very well be), but it shows how Windows Phone would look on a phone resembling (or even being) the HTC One (M8). It's been a while since HTC ousted a Windows Phone, and it was about time, and apparently that's exactly what the HTC W8 will be. There's no other info aside from the HTC W8 moniker, and that it will land on Verizon's line-up sooner or later. We also hear that it will be a flagship, and, if we're about to speculate concerning the naming, W8 is pretty close to M8, so this might very well be the ...

Though Motorola's Moto G has already been regarded as quite cheap when compared to most flagship phones out there, Motorola is not quite finished with their cost-cutting party. They are expected to announce a cheaper alternative to the G, the Moto E, at an event in London on May 13, and we have finally started seeing leaks of the design of the device. The first source shows the alleged Moto E to the right of the Moto G -- we see that Motorola may have removed the front-facing camera as an additional cost-cutting measure, there seem to be front-facing speakers (yes!), and the phone seems ...

The HTC One mini 2 will surely arrive, sooner or later, that's for sure, and that's about the only sure thing we know so far, judging by the company's last year release schedule and policy. Yes, we've seen alleged press renders leak, and we've also heard chatter about its purported specs (4.5-inch 720p screen, Snapdragon 400 SoC, 13-megapixel camera replacing), but until HTC officially unveils it, it's still in the "rumor" category. That, however, didn't stop two retailers from Finland from listing the device, and tentatively leaking the HTC One mini 2 pricing. Keep in mind that usually ...

A new HTC Butterfly smartphone will be landing soon, and, according to the most recent rumors, it will wear the codename "B2". The leak also suggests that the device will have identical specifications like the One (M8) flagship, but it will only be sold in markets like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and other Asian markets. We've already heard about the new HTC Butterfly at the beginning of last month, when we also heard a tentative model number: 0PAJ3. However, that report indicated, just like this one, that the specifications will be M8-like, with one major difference: the camera will ...

Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime rumors are nothing new; we've recently heard, among others, about plans -- or not -- for a QHD (2K) screen to grace the new version of the flagship, on steroids. The most recent leak allegedly tries to uncover the looks of the upcoming device. The image below purportedly represents the upcoming phone. While we need to remain skeptical about this for now, we're still seeing the same heart-rate sensor, however, this time, with what appears to be an aluminum body (or at least battery backplate). There's really, for now, not much more to the story, aside from a rumored ...

One of the most hated parts of the LG G2 was the fact that its rear was made of sealed plastic. Many users complained about the fact that the phone felt slimy and was hard to handle in use as a result, and it seems LG has been paying attention. New alleged LG G3 leaked pics show that we are no longer dealing with the same material, but rather a brushed, chrome surface. Apart from the surface, the new images show us that a removable back is present on the G3, unlike the G2 from last year. The battery also looks to be easily hot-swapped, so aftermarket additions should not be an issue. The ...

There was little to no doubt that we'll see a mini version of the HTC One (M8), just as we are sure that the Galaxy S5 Mini is well on its way. However, despite the obvious M8 mini name we expected, we've recently learned that HTC might go with something different: HTC One mini 2. The information landed from @evleaks, the same way as the render you see above. We're allegedly looking at the HTC One mini 2 in the leaked press shot above, and, straight from the beginning, three things will strike you as obvious: 1. it looks exactly like the bigger brother, the M8, 2. it comes in three color ...

After seeing the alleged screenshots from the upcoming LG G3, an image surfaced purportedly depicting the LG G3 buttons on the back of the device, backed up by a photo of a case that seems to follow the layout. According to the manufacturer itself, the "LG G3 flagship" should be announced sometime this quarter, and, with April already ending, it is either next month or July (the sooner the better for LG in competing with Samsung and HTC). A new picture leaked by @evleaks comes as another confirmation of the slightly redesigned back-button layout on the upcoming phone. What we're seeing is ...

We've heard about the HTC M8 Ace, and we were wondering just what exactly it might be; however, according to the rumor mill, it might be a One variant of some sort, which would be cheaper (because of the possible plastic shell), but retain the Snapdragon 801 processor from the One (M8), and a five-inch Full HD form factor for its display. The latest from @evleaks hints that the HTC M8 Prime, which he just mentioned, is the phone to look out for. There are no further details concerning this device, but, judging by its moniker, it should be a higher-end device than the flagship HTC One (M8). ...
