    Back in June, we got word that yet another company was interested in setting up shop in the smartphone market. On its own, that might not be that interesting, but this group, calling itself Kazam, was made up of former HTC employees looking to branch out on their own.     HTC has been losing a number of high-profile employees lately, and while CEO Peter Chou insists that it's nothing more than regular turnover, the exodus – or at least the appearance of one – has been getting a fair bit of press. Last week, we heard that a couple of the guys who had left were going to join forces and launch their own smartphone company.     There have been a couple reports in recent months of HTC dealing with a wave of prominent executives breaking their ties with the company. As HTC works out its HR issues internally, we were left wondering what would be come of all those employees who walked away.
