    Over the past couple weeks, we've been seeing a new surge of interest from manufacturers in really budget-priced tablets running full Windows 8.1 on some decent enough hardware. We had Dell and the Venue 8 Pro, then yesterday's Lenovo Miix2. Today, we have one more name to add to the roster, as Acer shares news of its Iconia W4.     We've seen the Acer Iconia W3 tablet last month but the company has made the tablet official today at Computex 2013. It will arrive in the US at a price of $379, though it is not clear whether it is for the 32- or 64GB flavor, though we think it's for the first, considering European prices (EUR329 for 32GB and EUR379 for 64GB).     There were rumors indicating that the device will soon become official and now the Finnish page shows off the Acer Iconia W3 slate. It runs Windows 8 -- that's the full fledged version -- on a smaller, 8.1-inch form factor.
