The upcoming Verizon Samsung Huron has been popping up in reports recently with the first mention of the device dropping at the beginning of December 2013, with a mention of its model number: SM-W750V. The codename "Huron" was tipped at the beginning of the month, and since, we've seen the alleged press render of the device showing off a very Galaxy S 4-like outline. Now this very SM-W750V, the Verizon Samsung Huron, has visited the FCC, just in case there was a need for further confirmation of the phone's existence. We all remember what Samsung did with the ATIV S: the South Korean phone-maker took the Galaxy S III and slapped Windows Phone on it. It later made its way, more or less, to Verizon as the ATIV Odyssey. Apparently that's a move that worked out quite well, as Samsung is preparing to repeat the stunt: we've been consistently hearing about the SM-W750V, and there was strong indication that it might soon land on Verizon with the codename Huron. For the past couple months, we've been talking about an unreleased Samsung Windows Phone 8 device, the company's model SM-W750V. The evidence that has shown up so far has been particularly strong; we're not talking about rumors from unnamed sources or anything nearly so nebulous, but instead traces of the phone showing up in official government import records, and in a UAProf listing on Samsung's own servers. While its existence looked confirmed, we still lacked any understanding of Samsung's plans for the phone – was it still on-track for a release, and if so, how would it arrive? ...
