The HTC One is HTC's 2013 Android flagship. Following up on the 1080p screens in the Butterfly and Droid DNA, the One shrinks things down to an even higher-density 4.7-inch 1080p display. Constructed with an aluminum shell, the handset measures a mere 4 millimeters thick around its edge. The One marks the arrival of HTC's UltraPixel imaging technology, sacrificing camera resolution in an attempt to produce higher-quality snapshots.

    It's judgement day for HTC. Since the end of 2012, rumors of the Taiwanese manufacturer's newest flagship have snowballed. Peter Chou was even filmed on stage leading HTC in a chant at a company party, "HTC! HTC! HTC! M7! M7! M7! HTC One!"
