When we asked a Samsung rep to clarify the differences between the Gear 2 Neo and its simply named (but better-endowed) sibling at today's Unpacked event, we were surprised to learn just how shallow those differences were. When a company churns out its first smart watch after less than a year's development, then follows it up with a sequel less than six months later, there's something funky going on.
