You probably know about the back and forth in the UK regarding the acknowledgement Apple had to publish on its website. The initial text was found to be improper and the court ordered Apple to replace it, something which happened recently in the printed media too. Now Apple's website features not one but two acknowledgements. The first one, at the bottom of the front page, contains a link to the legal text alongside the lines: "On 25 October 2012, Apple Inc. published a statement on its UK website in relation to Samsung's Galaxy tablet computers. More than three months ago Samsung decided to roll out the official Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Samsung Galaxy S II and, at that time, many owners of 2011 Samsung Galaxy tablets were hoping to see the same for their devices. That didn't happen but according to recent reports the Android 4.0 refresh will soon (finally) be pushed out. If you have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 8.9, 7.7 or Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, you should expect the process to start next month. However, the report claims that most of the updates are planned for August.
