One of the hottest phones you can't buy very easily right now (in the US, at least) is the LG G3. Though we've heard of an alleged July 17 launch date on Verizon, details surrounding a launch on other carriers' networks have been scarce. A new report states that the LG G3 T-Mobile release will be soon before Verizon's expected date, and also details plans for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and Sony Xperia T2 Ultra. First up is the LG G3. It'll allegedly land on shelves on July 16, just one day before Verizon will possibly get its hands on it. In case you've been living in a cave and need a recap ...

Back at the start of the month, Samsung announced its latest series of Android tablets: not the TabPROs we got back in winter, nor the rumored OLED tablets that may still be in development, but the plane-Jane regular Tab 4 models. Leaks didn't make them out to be particularly well-equipped models, but at least the official specs Samsung ultimately delivered were slightly better than rumors would have us believe. For the past couple months, following Samsung's introduction of its new TabPRO and NotePRO tablets at CES 2014, we've been hearing about another family of models that would soon join them, presumably as Tab 4 non-pro devices. There have been plenty of leaks to help us along the way, including an early rundown on specs for a 7.0, 8.0, and 10.1-inch Tab 4, and later leaks of a few press renders for this gang. For the most part, when it came to the MWC last week, Samsung delivered just what we expected it to: the Galaxy S5 and its second-gen Gear smartwatches. Sure, there wasn't much in the way of Tizen phone progress, and we're still waiting on a 64-bit Exynos, but those were rolls of the dice anyway. Really, the most surprising thing that failed to appear was news of any more tablets, following a leak earlier in the month that detailed three new Galaxy Tab models, to complement the higher-end TabPRO lineup. We still may be waiting on word of those, but Samsung has gone ahead and removed any ...

The idea that Samsung could deliver the Galaxy S 5 in multiple hardware configurations with differences more profound than simply SoC choice and radio support is one with a fair amount of support behind it – it may not be a certainty, but no one would be surprised should something like that end up being confirmed. But while trying to suss-out the meaning behind all those GS5 model numbers may be a full-time job in and of itself, the phone is far from the only hardware in Samsung's pipeline, and today we hear a little about a couple new models from different families, a new “Value ...
