Last month, Samsung announced the first Galaxy Tab 3 model, a seven-inch tablet. Obviously, more Tab 3 options would follow, and at the time we heard rumors about a few other hardware configurations. One of those included an eight-inch model with some nice specs like an AMOLED screen. As we wait for official word, some new specs have leaked for the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, along with a possible render. The past several months have been rife with rumors about new Galaxy Tab hardware from Samsung, but have seemed a little uncertain with regard to the details. We've heard names like the Galaxy Tab 3 Plus thrown around, and checked out a render of uncertain origin. There is little Samsung can do to surprise us with its Galaxy Note 8.0, confirmed to be present at MWC in Barcelona next month, and the star of recent leaks that not only speculate on the internals but seem to have all but confirmed the looks of the upcoming slate. Apparently Samsung has an entire Galaxy Tab 3 family of products in its pipeline; its future is very much related and depending on how well the Galaxy Note 8.0 will be received on the market.
