Wireless network technology is in a constant state of advancement. Just years ago, swooning over 3G-capable phones wasn't as heinous as it sounds today, and we're already in a world where the majority of some countries is blanketed with LTE networks. The natural next step in the evolution is the adoption of voice-over-LTE / HD voice technology in order to improve the dying voice call. And AT&T is continuing that momentum with updates to a portion of its smartphone fleet, including through this Galaxy S4 Mini VoLTE update today. The update is only for AT&T-branded units ...

The Black Edition Galaxy S 4 and S4 Mini phones have been announced by Samsung at the end of January for the Russian market. At that point, we were not sure whether the two old phones with a new look will ever see a widespread availability. However, if you're in the UK, you can grab one of these two soon. Aside from the faux stitched leather look on the back, the two phones pack the same specs as their original variants. There's a Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9 GHz on the S4, alongside a five-inch Full HD screen, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13MP main shooter, and the ...

What happens when you take the hyperglazed Galaxy S 4, and S4 Mini, and cross it with the recent design language of the Galaxy Note III? You get a Galaxy S 4 (and S4 Mini) with a faux leather back, stitched, to blend in with the most recent products from Samsung, either phablets, or the CES tablet line-up. Make it black both on the front and on the back, and you get the Black Edition Samsung Galaxy S 4 and S4 Mini. If you're in Russia, you'll be able to grab any of these two phones starting next month. As far as the specs are concerned, they're your usual S 4 and S4 Mini specs, though the ...

When we reviewed the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, we were pretty impressed with what the company did with its miniature S4. At that time the only way you could grab one in the US was either from an e-tailer or from import. That's about to change as the phone has been leaked, on its way to both AT&T and Sprint. The pink version above is reportedly going to land -- hopefully soon -- on AT&T's line-up. The two color options below, the classic Black Mist and White Frost, will, according to the same leak, be part of Sprint's offer. As far as specs are concerned, you should expect a 4.3-inch ...

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini paid us a visit and stayed just enough for us to dissect it. It even managed to get a notable score of 8/10 in our full review! Apparently, it the recent rumors (and leaks) are true, the phone will soon pop up on Verizon's line-up. The phone, codenamed SCH-i435, has already popped up in certifications, but the image above is rather telling. We can see the same phone with Verizon branding on the back (and who knows how many carrier apps and bloatware out of the box). There's no word on exact availability or pricing but those looking for a smaller Galaxy S 4 ...

The name is not the only thing that the Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini is borrowing from the Samsung Galaxy S 4 flagship. Samsung is reusing and/or recycling the brand, recognition, and strength of the Galaxy S 4, but there's more to the Galaxy S 4 mini than its name. After all is said and done, there’s a difference of about $250 between these two phones, if we’re talking unlocked, SIM and carrier free. If you prefer a smaller screen, you’ll love the Galaxy S 4 mini. If you want to know exactly why, and how it stacks up against the 2013 Samsung Android flagship, check out our Samsung ...

We've just recently looked at the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and its main features and now we're comparing the new arrival with Samsung's flagship, the Galaxy S 4. It really is a miniature version of the S 4, starting from materials and ending with color options. Hyperglaze is present and so is the texture on the plastic; even the bezel and the sides is identical. However, the S4 mini is an underpowered, lower-specced Galaxy S 4. How do these two compare? Check it out in the In this Samsung Galaxy S4 mini vs Samsung Galaxy S 4 video below!
