ASUS has been skirting the line between tablets and phones for years now with its Fonepad line of tablets, which unlike your run-of-the-mill slates, come equipped to handle traditional cellular voice calls. The first-generation Asus Fonepad was one of those devices that you didn't find logic for, unless you felt the desire to use your 7-inch tablet for phone calls, and yeah, our own Anton D. Nagy is one of those people that enjoyed it. Still, once we figured-out the fact that this product was based-off the Google Nexus 7 in design and most specifications, and it was clear that it shouldn't be a product to just ignore.
