Dude(tte)s. The HTC One is killing it right now. I qualify this up front by saying the phone isn't released yet, and in fact will likely see significant delays reaching the market in significant numbers. Also, despite our review units arriving in retail packaging with near-final or final hardware and software, we should toss out a little CYA here saying that yes, it's possible that the units reaching customer hands will have some kind of widespread problem that spells doom for the brand. We just shared with you the latest pic to arrive of HTC's rumored Accord/8X Windows Phone 8 handset, which we've been wondering if it will show up at tomorrow's HTC event. With the clock ticking down, HTC has a new teaser for the event up, and separately, we've noticed something interesting going on with tablets at HTC's site. First up: the tease. There's precious little to see here, but that clock looks a heck of a lot like the one from Windows Phone, making us a bit more confident that at least some of the three rumored HTC WP8 models will be on the menu tomorrow. After a bit of a hiatus, it looks like HTC might be about to get back in the tablet game. Last week, we got a look at a few leaked images that supposedly showed-off a new Android tablet under development by the manufacturer. It was an unusual design, and looked almost like a convertible laptop screen with its large bezel on only one edge. That device appeared to be up near the 10-inch range, but today we heard that HTC may also be working on something a bit smaller, as a follow-up to the seven-inch Flyer (above).
