It's no secret that Samsung is working on a 64-bit chip for its mobile devices; Apple introduced its own with the A7 in the iPhone 5S, we just saw Qualcomm follow-through with its own 64-bit Snapdragon 410, and now we've been expecting Samsung to unveil a 64-bit Exynos of its own. While this so-called Exynos 6 is likely still in the works, we're now hearing about a different branch Samsung's SoC ambitions could end up taking in 2014, with rumors about a new in-house-designed Exynos S chip.
