Nothing says "the weekend" like a nice little discount or two. And on Amazon, you've got a few to pick through with the already fine Moto G4. There's a hidden rebate campaign going on right now where if you add on a regular Moto G4 and check out, you'll get an instant $50 off. That takes the 16GB version down to $149.99 and the 32GB one to $179.99. Really milking the pennies for their worth? Get an Amazon Prime Edition Moto G4 — for all the cons it can bring you — and you'll get $25 off when you order. A 16GB variant is $124.99, the 32GB one $154.99. As with most of these promos on ...

If you've been following our Nexus 5X sales coverage, you're probably wondering why we've even bothered to keep on talking about a phone that will see its successor overshadow it in a couple of months. Simply put, it's been interesting to see the step-by-step depreciation of a phone happen at the pace it has. Even as the Google Store still lists the 32GB version of the 5X at $399 and even as you can get one for $249 with a Project Fi subscription, the natural slinking down of the device's price tag has taken us to $234.99. That's where a Newegg flash sale has it through Sunday, July 17. ...

Jawbone's been liquidating its inventory and regrouping itself for a medical-grade wearable. Part of that inventory may have come within Groupon's hands. The deals site has the Jawbone UP2 for $44.99, a 55 percent discount from its regular price. The water-resistant fitness band has simple LEDs and a three-axis accelerometer. Bluetooth 4.0 helps connect the device's data to your phone and a 38mAh battery keeps it running for 10 days. It's no Xiaomi Mi Band, neither is it a Fitbit Alta. Both companies mentioned have had a part in beating down Jawbone's presence in the market. But if it ...

If you've been looking for a reason to head to this side of the Galaxy, — mainly a monetary one — you've got plenty of options on the table. One such option is a site called Dailysteals where, at this point, the most important discount comes down to the Gear VR. It's not as good as free, but coming from the outside, 20 percent off ain't bad. The Gear VR is $79.99 at Dailysteals for the next five days. Discounts also extend to the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge as well as all the major flagships from last year. There are some cellular discrepancies with the latest phones only coming in ...

Okay, you know how we posted that deal for the 32GB Nexus 5X with a promo code a few days ago? And all the others, too? You don't need a promo code for this one. New such devices are on sale from a highly-rated eBay seller for $239.99. The deepest discount yet for the LG-made phone racks up to about $159 off the Google Store's price or, for those who find appeal in proportions, 40 percent off. And yes, free shipping is included from Miami and goes to pretty much anywhere. Whether you bite the bullet now or wait until this year's Nexus devices or, perhaps Google's own debutante into the ...

If you like to buy your Apple Watch with your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, you're going to like this package deal. Best Buy is offering a $250 discount on any Apple Watch in-store or online if you also get an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus with an installment plan, lease, or contract on AT&T, Sprint or Verizon. That means that a base model Apple Watch will cost $49 as opposed to $299. You can also combine this deal the ongoing $200 discount for devices with steel bands. If you're headed to BestBuy.com, just follow the instructions as told on the webpage. The deal's valid up until June ...

Thinking about checking up with the checkmark for new service? You really sure about it? Maybe Verizon can make it a bit easier for you to come over. The carrier is making available the promo code "FORYOU300" that slashes $300 off the price of a phone valued at $400 or greater. Over a 24-month installment plan, that $12.50 off per month. The catch? You need to activate it on a device payment (installment) plan. Unfortunately while there are several phones that straddle the line at $399.99, they simply aren't $400. The deal isn't applicable to the iPhone SE, for example. On the other hand, ...

This past weekend's network outage left many Cricket Wireless customers in outrage. Users (or non-users) went without a cell signal for at least 14 hours on Friday night — probably the least desirable time, especially for younger demographics. Well, if you're a scorned subscriber, get in touch with customer service and they will give you a code for $5 off this month's bill as a "Manager Courtesy Credit". Cricket is extending the $5 credit per line to up to five lines. Still no word on the cause of the failure. Source: Prepaid Phone News Via: FierceWireless

AT&T and its subsidiary, DirecTV, have a unique synergy in that they both provide services that, for the most part, bypass wires — because who gets free over-the-air transmissions anymore? So, if you get a satellite TV package in addition to your cellphone service in the Rocky Mountain, Northern Plains or Mid-Atlantic regions, you'll be able to get a free iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus. You'll also get half-off the price of up to five more such devices. Here's the major catch: the discount comes in the form of bill credits over 30 months on the AT&T Next plan and the amount is only ...

Sure, Pebble may be taking a few more bites out of wearables market this year, but the center of the world doesn't have to be on Kickstarter. Take Motorola. It's not going to get any help from Google selling its Moto 360 Sport, so it will have to help itself. But apparently, only with the help of an unlisted promo code. Enter "JUNE360SPORT" after you pick up a Moto 360 Sport and you'll save a Benjamin, paying just $199. The code's active until June 13. Curiously, the first Moto 360 is on clearance for $199.99. B&H Photo is also charging $199.99 for the Moto 360 Sport while Amazon is, ...

Huawei is making a Nexus phone this year that will, in almost all certainty, best its Nexus 6P in the numbers that matter. But the number that matters right now is this one: $80. Best Buy, B&H and Newegg all have sales on the Nexus 6P for you to consider. The 32GB and 64GB at all outlets are getting $80 discounts down to just below $420 and $470 respectively. Best Buy and B&H is also taking $80 off the 128GB version down to $570 while Newegg has a $50 discount, putting it at $599. B&H is bundling $50 store credit and two screen protectors for the phone. Newegg is also offering ...

Still craving a Sony phone in the US? Still want the Xperia Z5 in 2016? Well, you can get a couple more $20 bills off the phone if you so desire it at Amazon, Best Buy or B&H. The Sony Xperia Z5 is now $499 at Amazon (and an extra 99 cents at the other places), down from its $599.99 it originally launched at and further off from the $539.99 it was recently at. It applies for all three color variants — black, white and gold — and you get warranty coverage as well. When paired with the Sony Smartband 2, the price goes up to $621.68. The bundling represents a 23 percent discount. ...

We're only closing in on three months after the Galaxy S7 was released and the discounts just keep on inching down lower and lower. You want one on eBay for $560? Forget about it, Newegg's giving out some fresh goods for $529.99. It's the dual SIM version of the Galaxy S7 which means that in addition to support for GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile, you also see the Exynos 8890 at work instead of the Snapdragon 820 all the US carriers have. The sale's on through Newegg's eBay site 11am Eastern on May 17. As a matter of interest, those of you on Verizon can check out a refurbished ...

You could buy one LG G5 and get another free or grab a couple of Galaxy S7s for the price of one. Many carriers have offered BOGOs for the phones, but none have gone that route for the HTC 10. But hey, how about a big fat discount right off the bat? Sprint's started its HTC 10 sales today and is offering $120 off the price of the phone, leaving it at $504 or $21 monthly for two years. You can also grab a two-year contract with the carrier for $199.99 after $50 mail-in rebate. Just head to Sprint's website. While it's unfortunate you're only getting the Glaciery Gray color option here, all ...

Despite what you may hear and think of Motorola's warranty service, we think that the Moto 360 2nd Gen. smartwatches are more than decent choices for your Android Wear wants and needs. And while the Moto 360 Sport isn't necessarily our first choice for a fitness tracker, — possibly why it isn't on the Google Store anymore — you could definitely do far worse. If you're sold on buying a Moto 360, you might want to do so at Verizon for the next few weeks as the watches are the carrier's "Accessories of the Month". Every model's price tag has been slashed by $50, leaving prices at: Men's ...

If you happen to be just fine with oldies but goldies (and not updates) and are on T-Mobile, has Samsung got a deal for you. The company's offering a $150 rebate if you purchase any of last year's flagships at T-Mobile. You'll still be paying full price for the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 edge, the Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5 to T-Mobile, but if you do buy in before June 14, you can redeem the $150 in the form of a check up through July 13 (or July 14 if you partake in the postal system). You'll get your money in four to six weeks. By the way, we told a small lie — if you catch ...

Amazon seems to know what it's doing with tablets — it's been blasting the budget bin with its Fire tablet. It's a standard little seven-incher with Wi-Fi capability and 8GB of on-board storage. We saw it launch at $49.99 and even get put into six-packs for $250. And still, it begs to be discounted. It's now $39.99. Yep, you save a tenner. We keep joking that we could probably toss these things around like disposable gloves or get 52 of them for a full deck and play an insane game of poker. There is a 16GB version, too, also $10 off at $59.99. At the same time, the more robust Fire HD 6 ...

Your mother may not understand what you're talking about when she asks for Wi-Fi help. But if you do love her, she does deserve a little appreciation and more than just a couple texts a year. Then again, if you have retail holiday fatigue, you might want to avoid the carriers this week. T-Mobile is one of the networks trying to juice up its sales for mother's sake. It went through some major price cuts on the Galaxy Note 5, LG V10 refurbs and G Stylo 2, and sure, there's the typical discount blast for accessories ranging from floral cases to beet-dyed Beats merchandise. Get ready, though, ...

You're an AT&T customer, right? No? Oh, sorry for assuming. Well, if you're on the Death Star and you've been holding off on the BlackBerry Priv — long held as an AT&T exclusive to some others' chagrin — because it's just too darn expensive, you've had a bit of luck recently. First came the BlackBerry-sanctioned price cut, down to $650 from $700. Then there's a deal, still ongoing as of this post, for an unlocked AT&T Priv — you just have to shell up $450 upfront. Now, for those of you who would rather swallow bite-sized payments, you're still really stuck at this point. ...

iPhones aren't getting cheaper. Well, maybe in the land of the rising sun. Apple has not given a reason why price cuts have come to Japan, but they have and they may be here for a while. One reason could be, as is often the case, that the currency markets have shifted to jelly again. The Yen has improved against the Dollar by about 10 percent in the past few months. All SIM-free SKUs of the iPhone SE, the iPhone 6s, the iPhone 6s Plus, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus get the chopper, generally about 9 percent. Those who recently bought one of these phones (except the iPhone SE) within ...

Design don't come cheap and yet, these designs do. Those special 32GB Moto X Pure Editions with the Jonathan Adler-crafted patterns have come a long way down from the original $475 they debuted at. A recent sale took them all the way down to $349.99, the same as a standard 16GB Pure Edition right now. And now, the three patterns have plopped down to $299.99. Really, we're serious. If you're wincing for what may be coming in June from Lenorola or Motonovo, stop biting your nails. We have no idea how long this will last. Source: Motorola Via: PhoneDog

Still holding out on Project Fi? If you have been considering the pros and cons of Google's amalgamated MVNO service, you have another 30 days to think about them. It was just a couple weeks ago that we saw deals for the 16GB Moto X Pure Edition hit $300. That chunkier 64GB version got a steep drop down to $400 at one point. While we don't have those prices anymore, we do have good news from Amazon while we're taking on the 32GB version — it's at its lowest price in five months. As background, Motorola is now pricing the 16GB Moto X Pure Edtion at $349.99 for a limited time with the 32GB one near $400 and the 64GB edition at $450. Not a bad deal for the thrill seeker, all things considered. But Amazon — in keeping with Motorola — has ...

HTC is quite stingy when it comes to first-party sales. It's been the case for both the One M9 and the One A9 and even the One M8 as all of those phones have retained their original full retail prices for the longest time. It's only when these Hot Deals come along that things start making sense. And hey, it's "spring cleaning" time, so there'd better be some inventory to clear out. The One M9, as flawed as you think it may be, is up for sale at $399 while the One A9 is currently $389 — less than even its debut promotional pricing. The 32GB Wi-Fi version of the Nexus 9 is just under $288 ...

Trust us, we don't really think of Walmart as the first place we'd buy our smartphones from, but given the right circumstances, you just might. So, when Walmart goes out and says that it's discounting all stock of iPhones and Galaxy phones. Be it the iPhone SE or the iPhone 6s, heck, maybe even the iPhone 5c, you'll get $100 off. Galaxy S7? Galaxy S6? Galaxy S5 Active, even? Sure, those are $150 off.
