Pokémon GO is available in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Unfortunately for many Pocket Monster fans in other places, that's where it will stay for the time being. You know how your hordes of friends have been complaining about the servers not keeping up and about them not getting into the app? Apple has been facing some tough times in the EU lately due to its warranty policies. Recently we've heard the news of the company having trouble in Belgium as the consumer protection group FPS Economy has filed a claim against the company due to its AppleCare warranty practice. The EU requires that products provide consumers with no less than two years of warranty coverage, and in the case of Apple, that's only the case if you purchase AppleCare.
