Huawei brought a lot of new gear to show off at MWC 2014, including its unusual TalkBand B1 convertible smartwatch, but not everything we were hoping to get news of ended up making an appearance; for instance, the Ascend D3 was nowhere to be found. Today we get an update on when the D3 might finally arrive, and also hear a rumor about Huawei's first venture into smartphones with 2K quad HD displays.
