A few weeks we got wind that there may be a Windows Phone Starter Edition coming around soon, and it looks like that will come true in the form of Windows Mobile 6.5. GSMArena is reporting that soon, Microsoft will refer to WinMo 6.5 as Windows Phone 6 Start Edition. This bodes well with earlier rumors that Microsoft would be taking a two-pronged approach to the mobile market.
