In this video we take a look at the device-wide and application-specific settings in Windows Phone 7 Series. Like the iPhone, WP7S puts all application settings in one place, which makes a lot of sense.

We learn a few things from poking around. First, Microsoft is building a MyPhone-like service into the platform that will have cloud-based backup and syncing and will also be able to locate your phone if you lose it. Also, it looks like WP7S will have built-in voice recognition, which may mean that they’ve baked in Microsoft Voice Command technology.
