Microsoft wants to keep Windows Phone 7 as consistent as possible, and so they’ve just released a pack of 64 icons in PNG format for developers to use when making WP7 apps. Also included is the vector versions of the icons. You can grab the icon pack for free from the Microsoft Download Center. Happy developing.
