Some of you may not have believed us when we said Windows Mobile 6.5.3 was quietly released last month to manufacturing. Well, now the software development kit and OS images for 6.5.3 are available for download. Check out the download page here. You can also see an overview of the SDK at Nick’s .NET Travels which notes that the emulator images include Windows Mobile 6.5.3 build 23090.
