LauncherPro is a Launcher replacement app for Android 2.x+ devices that adds some features and functionality that the default launcher is lacking.

You can easily configure up to 7 home screens, and swiping between them is smooth, fast, and a little more animated than the stock version. Additionally, you can “pinch” any of the home screens to shrink your screens to a thumbnail view, then tap on any thumbnail to take you to that screen.

The killer feature of this app are the four assignable quick-launch icons that sit on the bottom of the screen next to the app drawer icon. Currently in beta (0.3.0), LauncherPro is available free from the Android Market.
