Tripplix is a new Windows Mobile puzzle game that closely resembles the popular Bejeweled series. The idea is to match three or more blocks of the same color to blow them up. Chain reactions or multiple groups earn you bonus points. There are also power-ups to add to the excitement (bombs, time/point bonus). Here’s the kicker; you have a power meter that drains slowly as the clock ticks and the only way to keep it filled is by destroying more tiles. The total points you score at one time correlates to the amount of life you get in return. Once the power meter is empty, the game is over.
The difficulty increases as you progress through the game, so it can get pretty intense. After the game is over, you can submit your score to the online high score system and compare it with other players. Puzzle games like this one are always addicting and hard to put down. Tripplix supports most Windows phones and costs 2.99. Thankfully, the developer has included a free trial, which can be obtained from his website.

Note: if you found this game fun, there’s also another game called Jumba by the same developer (WVGA only though).
