TouchFLO 2D is like TouchFLO 3D but for QVGA devices and was made popular by the second version of the HTC Cruise. For those of you that have a device with a QVGA screen, you can spruce up your device by first installing TouchFLO 2D, then choosing from dozens of skins from XDA. For some instruction, read on.

1. Download this CAB to install TouchFLO 2D. Transfer it to your device and run it. You will have to reboot your device.

2. Browse the theme library at XDA. Find the theme that you want, download the CAB, and run it on your device. Your new theme should be live after a reset! If not, you may have to copy the theme files to a Windows directory.
