Windows Phone 7 Series brings a pretty neat lock screen that is very much inspired by the Zune HD (but then again, so is the rest of the operating system). It gives you a glimpse at system notifications like SMS, new email, and missed calls, and also gives you the date and time. To reveal the Start screen (no more Today screen!) you slide up. We’re hoping that there are additional ways to customize this screen. It would be nice to see weather, next appointment, etc.
