The TAT Nexus User Interface Brings New Home Screen Concept

Swedish company TAT does a lot of work making interface concepts and platforms. Last month we posted about the Foldout UI running on TI hardware.
This time, the Nexus interface, shown on a Samsung Omnia, takes an interesting approach to launching programs from the main/home screen. Though the heavy use of animations may cause motion sickness, programs are “flipped through” either from a strip along the center or along the top of the screen. Each program shown in the interface, such as Picasa or the New York times, has a highly finger-friendly design. Check out TAT’s YouTube channel for more.
