The new T-Mobile HD2 ROM update released today happens to have a couple new applications. There are now “My Account” and “T-Mobile Help” icons in the Start menu. The My Account application lets you see how many minutes and messages you’ve used on your plan as well as see details of your current plan. You can also manage your MyFaves from here (although it links to a web page).

The Help app has some tips and tricks that are helpful for new users in addition to access to the T-Mobile Forums where you can post questions and read about other user issues. It’s very rare to see an actual support application with user forums accessible on a mobile phone.

As you can see, the support forums site is very mobile friendly.
