SPB Mobile Shell v3.5 For Symbian Rocks

You’ve probably already heard of SPB Mobile Shell on Windows Mobile. It’s a great user interface replacement that can really bring new life to your device. Now there’s a version for Symbian s60 5th Edition that’s pretty awesome according to Symbian-Guru.com.

After I spent a few minutes getting things setup properly, it’s really an awesome improvement to the homescreen on any of the currently-available Symbian-powered touchscreen smartphones. Even with both Lifestyle and Professional layouts active and 3 pages on each, I’ve not noticed any significant lag on my N97, and I’m able to get around much easier, with better access to more of my phone’s features. It kinda makes you wonder if the N97′s lag isn’t partially due to its resource-hungry homescreen.
