We met up with SPB Software, a software maker for Windows Mobile among other platforms like Android and BlackBerry, and were given a tour of the company's newest Windows Mobile UI skin called SPB Mobile Shell, of which we did our own review and video tour of version 3.5. In fact, our own Daniel Webster even showed us ways to enhance SPB Mobile Shell with themes and skins.

The company had a prominent display within the Windows phone booth sponsored by Microsoft.

SPB Mobile Shell, for those who don't know, is a user interface design that users can purchase and load onto their devices to give it a more customized, easy to use feel to it. The interactive, touch-based interface is equivalent to what HTC did with TouchFLO 3D. SPB Mobile Shell gives an alternative to the stock Windows Mobile UI or a manufacturer UI like S-Class from LG, HTC TouchFLO 3D, or TouchWiz by Samsung.
