It looks like Sling Player 1.2 has now been released to the iTunes App Store for the iPhone. The app is now approved to work over 3G networks, particularly AT&T’s wireless network. The app is available for $30 or is a free upgrade for those who have previously purchased the WiFi-only version. Now, you’re free to untether yourself from the constraints of your home network and can wander off into an AT&T coverage area to get your mobile TV viewing on!
In various forums, members have noted that the app runs fine, though changing channels may be a bit slow.
