Yesterday at the CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment conference, Pocket PC Magazine announced the winners of the 2004 Best Software Awards.

Judges evaluated 581 Windows Mobile products in 100 Pocket PC, Smartphone, and Developer categories to narrow the field to this year’s winners.

All of the nominees, finalists and winners can be viewed online at or by download of a special 14 page report. The report is a 2MB PDF and is available for $5.95. It contains images and descriptions of all the Best Software Award Pocket PC and Smartphone winners, plus additional material.
